Great place for beach food in Long Branch. They have been there since the 1920 for a good reason. Hot dogs served Jersey Shore way. Great toppings on an over-sized dog. Milk Shakes made fresh. All the right beach comfort foods. Treat every time I eat there. They have parking :)
This is the 3rd time in a row I've been there and watched the owner's daughter bully the other waitresses around about getting more tables to service. She was rude and loud and certainly does not look the part. Outdated furniture but the waitress was great considering she was just informed tables were being taken away from her.
This is only and best place you can get a real hot dog ever, you cannot miss a visit if you in NJ shore, fast and warm service , great quality of food and lovely ametican place
If you grew up going to the Jersey Shore this is exactly the kind of mom and pop place you want to go! Where else can you get dogs Grill to perfection, steak fries hot crisp and airy, chocolate egg creams, fried clams, burgers, strawberry daiquiris and beer all in the same place. Sure perfection
First time here, just moved to the area and it was recommended. The hot dogs are HUGE, def a full 12 inches, enough to make two regular hot dogs on 2 buns. They are natural casing hot dogs with a crunch, not my favorite but I ate it and it was decent. They serve it with a big pot of kraut and other toppings like onions ans relish. The interior is dated but it goes with the theme since it's been there since the 1920's. They have a bar and cold beer on tap. I'll definitely return but maybe I'll try a burger next time. Order the onion rings they are EXCELLENT!
